Ingredients

- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 cups organic chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 2 cups shiitake mushrooms, whole
- 2 cups baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups kale leaves, loosely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
