- Make the Mochi Dough: Mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add watermelon juice while stirring until combined.
- Cook the Dough: Transfer to a steamer or microwave-safe dish. Steam for 20-25 minutes or microwave on high for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
- Shape the Mochi: Cool slightly, dust hands and surface with cooked glutinous rice flour, then shape dough into small rounds.
