- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, and salt. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish to form the base layer.
- In a pot, simmer mixed berries with maple syrup and water until softened; mash slightly. Stir in cornstarch and let thicken.
- Pour berry mixture over the base layer in the baking dish.
- For the crumble topping, mix oats, oat flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until crumbly; sprinkle over berry layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes; let cool before slicing into squares.
