Instructions

- Puree the strawberries in a food processor until smooth and transfer to a large stainless steel saucepan.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the saucepan, stirring well. Heat over medium heat until the mixture reaches 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit without boiling.
- Fill hot pint jars with the mixture, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace. Secure lids fingertip tight.
- Process jars in boiling water for 15 minutes. Allow them to sit undisturbed for 12-24 hours or until sealed.
