Fresh Fruits

1 pound fresh strawberries (chopped)
1 pound fresh pineapple (diced)
12 ounces fresh blueberries
12 ounces red grapes (halved)
4 kiwis (peeled and diced)
3 mandarin oranges
2 bananas (sliced, optional)

Honey Lime Dressing

1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons lime zest (from about 2 medium limes)
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice


Instructions

Prepare the Fruit
Wash and prepare all the fruit. Chop the strawberries, dice the pineapple, halve the grapes, peel and dice the kiwis, separate the mandarin oranges, and slice the bananas if using.

Combine the Fruit
Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl and gently toss to combine.

Make the Honey Lime Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, and freshly squeezed lime juice until well blended.

Mix the Salad
Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is lightly coated.

Serve
Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for a chilled, refreshing fruit salad.
