  • 2 c. water + juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy and natural (or sunflower seed butter for nut free option)
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Cacao nibs
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Granola
  • Chopped nuts or seeds


Instructions

  1. Cut small circles out in the middle of each apple slice to create donut shapes.
  2. Soak the apple rings in the water and lemon juice mixture for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning. Pat dry completely afterward.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth and well combined.
  4. Slather the peanut butter mixture over each dried apple slice.
  5. Add your choice of toppings such as rainbow sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, granola, or chopped nuts.
