  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
