Ingredients
- 4 medium Carrots
- 1 cup Green Lentils
- 1/4 cup Toasted Almonds
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
