  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 pinches Ground Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel ginger and turmeric roots. Chop them roughly.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, removing any seeds.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped ginger, turmeric, lemon slices, orange slices, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
