Ingredients
- 40 g Raw Ginger Root
- 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Oranges
- 200 mL Filtered Water
- 6 pinches Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and peel ginger and turmeric roots. Chop them roughly.
- Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, removing any seeds.
- In a blender, combine chopped ginger, turmeric, lemon slices, orange slices, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
