Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternating with milk, mixing just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries without crushing them.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, whisk melted butter with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth; drizzle over the cooled loaf.
