  • 2 cups Crisp Lettuce Leaves (Chopped)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 Cucumbers (Chopped)
  • 0.5 Red Onion (Chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives (Halved)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (For dressing)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (To balance flavors)
  • Extra Fresh Herbs (For garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, onions, breadcrumbs, baking soda, fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
