  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash the fruits thoroughly under running water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries, then add them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes before adding them to the bowl.
  5. Drain the mandarin oranges and toss them in with the other fruits.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi into chunks, adding to the mixture.
  7. Peel and slice the bananas and combine them in the bowl.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit mix; sprinkle sugar if desired.
