  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 23 teaspoons freeze-dried raspberry powder or pink food coloring
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup dark or white chocolate chips, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
  • Chocolate squares
  • Heart sprinkles
  • Melted white chocolate for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Prepare both chocolate and pink cookie doughs by creaming softened butter with sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into each dough until just blended. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop chilled dough onto lined baking sheets and create a well in the center of each.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Repress centers after baking; cool on wire racks.
