  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp potato starch
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing chicken stock, honey, rice vinegar, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs and coat them with a mixture of potato starch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken and sauté minced garlic and green onion in the same pan until fragrant. Add the prepared sauce and let it thicken.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional five minutes.
