- 20 Medjool dates
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove any pits. Place them slit side up on the prepared sheet.
- Smash the dates gently with the bottom of a glass sprayed with cooking spray to flatten them.
- Microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until softened, then spread it evenly over the smashed dates using a spatula.
