Ingredients
- 4 croissants (sliced in half)
- 6 eggs (scrambled)
- 20 slices honey chicken
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them according to your preference until done. Set aside.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter with brown sugar and stir in mustard.
- Brush one side of each croissant half with the butter mixture. On each bottom half, layer 4-5 slices of honey chicken, a slice of American cheese, and top with scrambled eggs.
- Place the other croissant half on top and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
