- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or condensed coconut milk)
- 13.5 floz full-fat coconut milk

- Strain and rinse the cooked tapioca under cold water to remove excess starch.

- Mix the strained tapioca with coconut milk in a large bowl.
