  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup finely ground pistachios
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (glaze)
  • 2 tbsp butter (glaze)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (glaze)
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (topping)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter into two bowls; fold ground pistachios into one bowl and mix cocoa powder with mini chocolate chips in the other.
  6. Spoon alternating dollops of both batters into the prepared pan and swirl lightly with a knife.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before adding glaze.
  8. To make the glaze, melt chocolate chips, butter, and heavy cream together; pour over cooled bread.
