- 1 tsp baking powder

- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup finely ground pistachios
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (glaze)
- 2 tbsp butter (glaze)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (glaze)
- ½ cup chopped pistachios (topping)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls; fold ground pistachios into one bowl and mix cocoa powder with mini chocolate chips in the other.
- Spoon alternating dollops of both batters into the prepared pan and swirl lightly with a knife.
