Ingredients

Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, strawberries, fresh herbs, and cheese if desired.
- Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
