  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra crushed pretzels for texture


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up three dredging bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels combined with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with crushed pretzels.
