- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat. Add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits.
- Add lemon zest to the sauce mixture and simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon some of the sauce over each piece. Let it simmer for about 2–3 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in white rice and toast for about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for approximately 15 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley into the cooked rice.
- To serve, place rice on each plate topped with chicken and plenty of sauce.
