  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 12 thin slices deli chicken
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the bottom halves of the croissants in a baking dish.
  2. Layer each croissant bottom with 2 slices of deli chicken and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Place the tops back on.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture evenly over the croissant tops and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
  5. Allow to cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
