  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese (softened)
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Sauté chopped onions in the same skillet for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Add chicken broth and softened Boursin cheese, stirring until smooth. Let it bubble for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, heating through for a few minutes. Adjust sauce consistency with more broth if needed.
