Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or any preferred plant-based option)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for serving)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup, small pinch of salt, 2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler until fully melted.
  3. In a jar or container, layer extra raspberries at the bottom. Pour the blended oat mixture over the raspberries and drizzle the melted chocolate on top.
