Ingredients

  • 2 bottles (750ml each) dry rosé apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes for serving


Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry all fruit. Slice strawberries into quarters and keep other berries whole.
  2. In a pitcher, mix the dry rosé apple vinegar, apple juice, honey or simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice until combined.
  3. Add the prepared fruit to the pitcher to soak in the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to enhance flavor blending.
  5. Before serving, top each glass with club soda for added fizz.
