Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine egg and sugar until blended. Mix in melted butter, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
  6. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
