  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices deli chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and mix in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving a small hinge.
  4. Brush both cut sides of the croissant with the buttery mixture.
  5. Layer in 2 slices of deli chicken, followed by Swiss and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the filled croissants on the baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
