- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- Cook the bucatini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water before draining.

- Reduce heat to low; add reserved pasta water and drained pasta to the skillet. Stir in remaining butter until melted.
