  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of cooking water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Slice cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss to coat everything in sauce and serve immediately.
