  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 bag shredded lettuce (8 oz)
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint diced tomatoes (10 oz)
  • ½ cup pickles (diced)
  • special sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 8 minutes). Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
