- 1 tablespoon avocado oil

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 bag shredded lettuce (8 oz)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint diced tomatoes (10 oz)
- ½ cup pickles (diced)
