- 150g lean ground beef
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1-2 tsp honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F). Cube the sweet potato and toss it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, layer the roasted sweet potatoes first, followed by cooked beef, sliced avocado, and cottage cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the top and finish with black pepper.
