Instructions

  3. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined to form a thick dough.
  4. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden on top. Let cool.
  5. For frosting: Mix softened butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; adjust consistency if needed.
  6. Frost cooled bars, add sprinkles if desired, cut into squares, and serve.
