- 1 pound strawberries (small diced)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil and cane sugar until well mixed. Add in the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually stir in all-purpose flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix diced strawberries with cane sugar and lemon juice; set aside for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the topping mixture by combining oat flour, melted coconut oil, cane sugar, salt, and rolled oats until crumbly.
- Press half of the base mixture into the prepared baking pan evenly. Spread strawberry filling over this layer followed by topping mixture.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
