- 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour into the spinach mixture and stir until fully blended.
