  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing dish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour into the spinach mixture and stir until fully blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
