Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • Small handful of alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions
