  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until well-coated.
  2. Layer the chicken on top of the potatoes and season with additional salt and pepper.
