  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar (or dry apple juice)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger


Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add marinated beef slices in batches and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan.
