- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp water
- Cooked white rice (optional)
Instructions
- Place the thinly sliced beef into the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic; stir until mixed.
- Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker, ensuring even coating.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until tender.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a separate bowl; add to the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes to thicken.
- Add frozen broccoli florets in the last 20 minutes of cooking; stir well.
- Serve hot over cooked white rice if desired.
