Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic; stir until mixed.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker, ensuring even coating.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until tender.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water in a separate bowl; add to the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes to thicken.
  6. Add frozen broccoli florets in the last 20 minutes of cooking; stir well.
