Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (about 150g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup asparagus spears
- 5-6 button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until browned; season with salt.
- Add asparagus to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until vibrant green.
- Whisk eggs and scramble in a separate pan over medium-low heat until just set.
