  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Freeze the pistachio filling by melting white chocolate chips with heavy cream, mixing in pistachio paste, and spooning into molds. Freeze until solid.
