Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
- Heaping 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute until fully melted.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs into the melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan as the crust layer.
- Evenly distribute drained pineapple over the crust, followed by halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
- Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until lightly golden brown with bubbling edges. Cool in the pan for at least two hours before slicing.
