  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • One 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • Heaping 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute until fully melted.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs into the melted butter until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan as the crust layer.
  5. Evenly distribute drained pineapple over the crust, followed by halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until lightly golden brown with bubbling edges. Cool in the pan for at least two hours before slicing.
