- 12 oz dark chocolate chips (for ganache)
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; mix until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set.
- For the filling, beat together unsalted butter and peanut butter until smooth; gradually add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla.
