Description

No Bake Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars are a delightful treat that combines the rich creaminess of peanut butter with the crunchy goodness of Cheerios. These bars are quick and easy to prepare, making them a perfect snack for kids or a simple dessert for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 6 cups Cheerios


Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by spraying it with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white sugar and light corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheerios and peanuts, then pour the warm peanut butter mixture over them and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down firmly. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
