- In another bowl, sift together matcha powder, mochiko, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the ganache, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts until melted and smooth; stir in matcha powder.
- Allow brownies to cool slightly before cutting into squares and drizzle with ganache.
