  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Mash bananas until you have 2 1/4 cups.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  3. Cream butter with both sugars until fluffy; add cinnamon, eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking pan; insert trivet into the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and cook on manual for 50 minutes; perform a quick release afterward.
  7. Carefully remove from the Instant Pot and let cool before slicing.
