  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the milk until just mixed.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  6. Layer half of the batter in the pan, followed by half of the swirl mixture. Pour remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the swirl; gently create a marbled effect using a knife.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
