  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 4-6 large lemons)
  • 1 lb strawberries (for strawberry variation)
  • 2 pints blueberries (for blueberry variation)
  • 3 cups chopped peaches (for peach variation)
  • 1 cup raspberries (for raspberry variation)


Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine 6 cups of water, 1/3 cup of raw honey, and 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir until the honey fully dissolves.
  2. For Strawberry Lemonade: Puree 1 lb strawberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and add the strawberry juice to 2 cups of the prepared lemonade. Stir well.
  3. For Blueberry Lemonade: Puree 2 pints blueberries and strain to extract juice. Mix with 2 cups of the prepared lemonade. Stir until combined.
  4. For Peach Lemonade: Blend chopped peaches until smooth, strain for juice, and combine with 2 cups of prepared lemonade. Mix thoroughly.
  5. For Raspberry Lemonade: Blend 1 cup of raspberries, strain to obtain juice, and add to 2 cups of prepared lemonade. Stir gently.
