Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or mini muffin tin, filling each compartment evenly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short intervals until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each mold and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, pop out the bites from the molds and enjoy!
