Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small head broccoli
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup rice apple vinegar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove and drain excess liquid.
