- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 cup Guava Nectar or Juice
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 1/2 cups Guava Nectar for Glaze
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix and sugar. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, guava nectar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the glaze, combine guava nectar and sugar in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with water; add it to the saucepan and stir until thickened.
- Spread cream cheese over cooled cake, pour glaze on top, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
